How long does it usually take to ship an order?

Once verified, we dispatch the product within 24 hours. Plus, we also sent you the order tracking code in your provided email). Generally, it will take around 5 to 7 working days.

Do you charge extra for express shipping in the UK?

We provide free express shipping to all countries, including the UK.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement for free delivery?

Any order of more than $150 is eligible for free shipping.

How to check my order status?

You can click on the “order tracking” link we have sent in your email. When you click on the link, it will redirect you to a different page. However, you will only be able to see the order status once it reaches your destination country. As long as your parcel does not arrive in your country, you will receive the message “tracking details not found” or “pre-shipment”.

We recommend you wait for at least 3 to 5 working days after receiving the confirmation email to check the status.

What to do if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for a free re-shipment.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly fill in your correct shipping address to receive your order at your doorstep.

What is the customs clearance process?

Every product shipped from one country to another must go through the customs clearance process, which will usually take around 1 to 2 working days. However, delays might happen for specific reasons, which could affect your delivery date.

We try our best to take all the necessary measures to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible. Therefore, we split bulk orders into small packages and ship them in batches within 3 to 5 working days to minimize customs issues.

Which countries do you ship to?

Our shipment is open to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

We also ship to European countries. We have warehouses spread across Europe, which allows us to ship packages without any VAT charges.

We do not ship to countries such as China, Brazil, Armenia, Algeria, Indonesia, Israel, New Zealand, The United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Jordan, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, and Pakistan.

Do I have to pay shipping charges for the reshipment within the UK?

You do not have to pay extra charges for reshipment in the UK or anywhere in the world.

What should I do if I never received my order?

You must contact our support team, and we will track down your order and revert it to you. If we cannot, then we will reship the order for free.

We request that you wait for our minimum turnaround time before contacting us.

If your tracking link says “shipment not found” or “pre-shipment”, that means your order has not yet reached the destination country. Kindly wait for 3 to 5 working days and check again.

Note: The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many countries in terms of shipments. In such cases, you may experience a delay of 45 days.

What should I do if I receive an incomplete order?

To ensure a hassle-free shipment, we divide bulk orders into small packages. If a few items are missing, then you should probably wait a couple of days.

You could request a refund or reshipment if the product/s did not reach you within 30 days of the order. Please get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.

Why do you collect my personal information?

We require your data, such as your email address, mailing address, and contact details, to fulfill your order. We use your email address to send you confirmation emails, and we also send you promotional emails regarding the launch of new products, ongoing discount offers, and so on. How do you get hold of approval from me? 

We do not directly approach you to obtain approval from you before collecting your data. We concede that you have given us approval when you buy a product from us and feed your data under a mandate to fill out a form, verify the same, ask for a refund, etc.

How can I withdraw my approval?
